WHO WE ARE

The Royal Muslim Trust (TRMT) is a Malawi-based Islamic charitable organisation dedicated to serving vulnerable communities and supporting sustainable social, educational, humanitarian, and community development initiatives.

We work to improve the lives of individuals and communities through education, charitable assistance, Islamic guidance, orphan support, clean water, food assistance, and the development of essential community institutions and services.

Our work is guided by Islamic values of compassion, justice, dignity, trust, and service to humanity.

Our objectives include:

• Supporting orphans and vulnerable children.

• Supporting madrasa and Islamic education.

• Providing educational materials, Qur’ans, books, uniforms, and learning facilities.

• Supporting schools and community education initiatives.

• Providing food assistance to vulnerable families and children.

• Developing clean water and sanitation projects.

• Supporting the construction and improvement of mosques, madrasas, schools, and other essential community facilities.

• Supporting sustainable community development initiatives.

• Providing humanitarian assistance to people facing hardship.

WHERE WE WORK

The Royal Muslim Trust operates in Malawi, with a particular focus on communities in Machinga District and other areas where there is a genuine need for assistance.

We work closely with local communities to identify needs and develop projects that provide meaningful and sustainable benefits.
